By using Tinta 66 you agree to these terms. The art and designs are the intellectual property of the artist and Tinta 66; personal-use licenses are granted with each purchase as described on the product.

Preorders and founding-list reservations carry a stated ship window and refund terms shown at checkout. Custom commissions are made-to-order; deposits are credited to your order.

Temporary tattoos are cosmetic products for external use. Follow the included application and care instructions; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Sponsorships are advertising/marketing arrangements, not charitable donations. See the Sponsors page for details.
