Body-Photo Consent

Uploading a body reference photo is always optional. You only do it if you want a more accurate, anatomy-aware proof.

By uploading, you confirm you are 18 or older, the photo is of you, and you consent to us using it solely to create your tattoo proof.

We do not capture facial geometry, we do not use photos of minors, and we do not retain raw body photos beyond what's needed to produce your proof unless you separately agree to marketing reuse.

You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time. Nationwide automated upload features remain gated until reviewed by privacy counsel.
