Preorders and founding-run items ship on the date stated at purchase. If a stated date slips, you'll be offered a refund.

Custom temporary tattoos are made for you; we'll reprint or refund a flawed or damaged item. Because they're personalized, change-of-mind returns aren't accepted once production starts.
